ESX, Inc.'s customer service is incredible - when we need something, we don't need it a month from now - we need it now. And we get it. Improvements are made immediately; they are open to new ideas, move quickly, and have unbelievable response time. Jean Maddalon
ESX, Inc. took the time to understand what our needs were. The final thing that sold me were the glowing client references. They were just spectacular! Melinda Eggenberger

TIACA member services take flight with The Association Catalyst from ESX, Inc.The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) is a worldwide trade association for the air cargo industry. Worldwide air cargo is a very diverse, active business space and so is TIACA; its membership includes all major segments of the air cargo and logistics industry and the association conducts more than one hundred events every year. In addition to providing association members with easier access to event registration and payment information, the new, integrated database-website platform for TIACA provides members with several enhancements, including online membership and dues; event registration; dynamic, user-friendly member and exhibitor directories; and industry updates. Ms. Negron is quick to point out that The Association Catalyst from ESX offers relief for the staff as well as improvements for members. "The do-it-yourself function of the Website Management System definitely has made it easier to make immediate changes to our website, that would have taken several days to be completed by a webmaster," said Rachael Negron. One key factor in deciding to purchase The Association Catalyst was ESX support for the TIACA staff. "One of the things that solidified our decision was that we would have help with the conversion from ESX staff. One of the other systems we were looking at would train us on how to do the work, but basically we would have to build the website from the bottom up. As a newbie to the world of websites and how they are built, it was one of the best decisions we made," she added. About TIACA About ESX |
