North Carolina Dental Society brightens members' online experience

The North Carolina Dental Society (NCDS) is the largest, most representative dental association in North Carolina. The goal of organized dentistry is to meet the challenges facing dental professionals to keep pace with current practices and regulations while increasing the benefits of society membership.

NCDS installed a new website solution, based on The Association Catalyst from ESX that satisfies the needs of staff members to be more efficient while it meets the expectations of younger and newer members about connectivity and communication with their professional association.

The Association Catalyst from ESX integrates NCDS's association management system (AMS) membership database with its website, which simplified how members connect and communicate online. This is an expectation of younger members and very attractive to prospective members. And to accommodate the traditional society member, Association Catalyst incorporates conventional communication methods such as facsimile messaging and paper statements.

Integration between the website and the AMS improved not only the responsiveness between staff and members but also enhanced efficiencies in the office by automating many repetitive actions.
