Managed Hosting ServicesThe xCatalyst platform can be implemented as an installed or hosted solution.ESX, Inc. Managed Services and datacenter partner, VeriCenter, meet all requirements identified to deliver a Service Level Agreement of 99.90% uptime performance. ESX, Inc. Software Hosting environments consist of ESX, Inc. provided software and hardware infrastructures. ESX, Inc. Software Hosting environments will be available n a 7 (day) x 24 (hour) x 52 (week) basis, except for Scheduled Outages. ESX, Inc. Software Hosting environments are designed with robust architectures and production system disciplines to ensure maximum performance and availability. ESX, Inc. will continuously employ network-monitoring techniques to track performance levels of network components and systems. Availability will be calculated monthly using total actual minutes available divided by total possible minutes available. Availability calculations will exclude Scheduled Outages for maintenance and similar scheduled downtime. Technical services provided
