Mark has 15 years of experience in operations management for technology companies. He brings with him a proven understanding of technology and business processes that result in top-quality software products and services for ESX, Inc. and our clients. Mark has managed and developed operations working with hardware and software teams in both the aerospace and medical industries. He has solid experience in carrying projects through their life cycle, from concept to release. Sebastian Stavar, Chief Information Officer
Sebastian is responsible for technology implementation, operations and maintenance. Sebastian was the founder of WorldByNET.com, a Houston-based company that developed a network of 13 destination sites for expatriates. At WorldByNET Sebastian was responsible for all Research and Development of the technology infrastructure. Prior to WorldByNET.com, Sebastian was a project manager for developing infrastructure and installing switches for Romtelecom in
Aaron Bennington, Vice President Sales and Marketing
Aaron has more than 14 years of experience in sales and marketing. Along with sales and marketing he over sees and is responsible for the creative/functionality aspect of product development, user interface development, client creative services, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, site implementation and keeping up with new web technologies that keep ESX Inc. on the cutting edge. Aaron has extensive knowledge and experience with the following technologies: Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, ASP and JavaScript.
Steven Spar, Co-founder
Steven has more than 20 years of experience in the growth and management of technology companies. He last served as Vice President of Software Development and Engineering for Physix, Inc., a leading provider of physician workflow software. Prior to that, Steve was a co-founder, Director and Executive Vice President of Optex Biomedical, Inc., a venture capital-backed, publicly traded technology company developing sophisticated software-driven medical instrumentation and associated invasive chemical sensors. Les has more than 20 years of experience in technology company leadership and management. Previously, Les was president of Data-Trak, Inc., a software company specializing in industrial software applications. Mark Conroy, Co-founder
Mark brings to the table 18 years of experience in software engineering design and implementation. He has a complete and thorough understanding of Windows programming including: C++, Win API, MFC and COM, Embedded systems, micro-controllers and Windows CE. Mark developed his career by successfully navigating a program of self-directed training on advanced programming technologies and techniques. He applies this knowledge in the advancement of the most complex aspects of ESX, Inc. development projects. Mark has also evolved the programming skills of other team members by sharing his skills and mentoring junior programmers.
