Mark developed his career by successfully navigating a program of self-directed training on advanced programming technologies and techniques. He applies this knowledge in the advancement of the most complex aspects of ESX, Inc. development projects. Mark has also evolved the programming skills of other team members by sharing his skills and mentoring junior programmers.
